Slowing down the morning, one small batch at a time
We started LoadTest Cold Brew 6 with a simple, quiet ambition: to bring the slow, intentional pace of a Parisian boutique café to our beloved Prior Lake community. We believe coffee shouldn't be rushed. That's why our signature cold brew steeps for a full 18 hours, drawing out deep, smooth flavors without any of the harsh bitterness.
Our beans are sourced from local, independent roasters who share our obsession with origin and ethical farming. Pair your morning brew with a croissant laminated by hand daily, and you'll find a small piece of Paris right here in Minnesota.
